Announcements:

Pursuant to the Camelot Estates HOA By-Laws Section 7.2.c.2 as required; this announcement serves as notice of the annual assessment of association dues.

The board of Directors has determined the amount of the 2024-2025 dues assessment to be set at $175.00 per lot owner.

Our Fiscal Year / Annual Assessment Period runs from May 01 to April 31 each year.

​

03/15/2024 - Invoices & YTD Budget will be mailed to every property

05/01/2024 - Annual Dues of $175 are due by this date

​

Any dues not received by May 31, 2024 will result in a lien filed against the property and will be subject to additional fees and interest charges of 1.5% per month.

​

As per Camelot Estates HOA Bylaws Section 7.2.c.3, the HOA has the authority to foreclose the lien against any property for which assessments are not paid within thirty (30) days after due date, or to bring an action at law against the Owner personally obligated to pay same.
