Treasurer advised  dues will remain $165 for the 2023-2024 fiscal year and are due on 5/31/2023.  After said date, non paid residents will receive a second notice, including late fees due within 30 days. If not paid, a third notice will be mailed which will include late fees, possible attorney fees and liens may be placed on those homes that are behind.   K2 Bookkeeping has brought our accounting books up to date and a new way to pay dues online is being implemented.

Discussion of items not on agenda:

  • Speed Bumps - Due to a child in the neighborhood being hit by a vehicle, it was discussed that we look further into speed bumps for the neighborhood.  This would help control the speed of cars and help keep our children more safe.  Thomas Seney will discuss with Jerry Fowler at their next meeting.
